I have played various sports all to a high standard (football, GAA and rugby) which was hampered by injury.
Due to the difference in fitness required in various sports it led me to finding my passion for Personal Training.
I have been training in the gym for seven years and have learned a lot during this period and I continue to learn every day.
I have been in the fitness industry for three years now and I have helped people of all different stages of their health and fitness journey from complete beginners some of who hated the gym but are now passionate about it, to athletes preparing for their chosen sport.
A big goal of mine is for my client to leave the gym after an hour a better person then the person they were before.
The goal with all my clients is to get results, educate them on the fundamentals of training/nutrition and to help them to have the confidence to own the gym floor when I am not there. I understand that entering a gym for the first time can be a daunting place and requires some confidence to optimise your time there which is something I pride myself on helping people with.
