Having worked in the IT industry for 10 years, I realised that this was not a profession that I was passionate about.  The fitness industry was suggested to me, as this is an area that I seemed to love. I have been training myself for over 20 years, with many different goals, and have always had an interest in many sports and the role of fitness for these.

 My first job was at SWEAT! Gym in Chelmsford, and I instantly knew that I made the right decision, learning many different skills from talented personal trainers. I am now extremely excited to demonstrate the benefits I can make to others at PureGym.

I know I can help all to achieve fitness goals that you have, but my expertise involves people aged between 30-50, who over time have gradually become less and less active. You may want to re-capture a former level of fitness, increase your muscle mass, or you want to get back into playing sport again, but are unsure about how best to go about the fitness journey. I have learned a variety of methods, many through my own training, on how best to accomplish these goals for you and look forward to demonstrating the benefits from my experiences.
