I have moved through PureGym from Personal Trainer to Management and now am back doing what I love, working 1 on 1 or in small group sessions with people who really want to create a healthier and happier lifestyle.
My passion and aim is to motivate, inspire and educate others to set, reach and exceed their own personal goals. Using simple training methods and staying away from any fad diets, or unnecessary supplementation I believe that with hard work, dedication and enjoying the training you do, any goal set is achievable.
My past experience as a Personal Trainer includes working with clients with goals such as body fat reduction, sports specific training, muscle and strength building and increasing body confidence.
