My story is one you have probably heard many times, one many people can relate to.
I started my fitness journey late in life and I have been to both of the unhealthy side of the spectrum, from being overweight from eating and drinking too much to being underweight
from overworking and starving myself, to become as thin as possible. I have been there!
Back then, I lacked the knowledge I possess today, and my mission is to ensure you do not repeat the same mistakes I made
In my early thirties, I turned to yoga to combat chronic pain, first best decision I have ever made as it also helped me change my mindset and broaden my horizon.
After surviving a stroke in 2017, I decided I wanted to cherish my life more and learn how I could be healthier and help others do the same, second best decision.
Now, several years down the road, I hold certifications for Level 3 Personal training, yoga and Pilates, aspiring to learn as much as I can and continue studying.
The third best decision I made for myself was to ventured into powerlifting in 2022, shifting my focus from being thin to becoming strong.
My purpose is to empower individuals like you to commence their journey towards a healthier, happier self by building healthy habits, a positive mental attitude towards life, for an overall better lifestyle.
