Hey everyone, my name’s Emily.
I know everyone can get fit and healthy, it just takes the right guidance, someone to hold you accountable and a positive attitude. What’s also important is finding a style of training that works for you and that gets you excited about going to the gym!
Having struggled with my energy levels throughout my life, I’ve had to explore lots of different ways to find my balance. The biggest wins have come from making changes to my movement, exercise, nutrition, and mind set. I want to share the tips and tricks I’ve learnt along the way and help people to feel energised, strong, and confident.
In the gym I love building my strength through callisthenics, lifting weights, and generally playing around trying out new skills and just having fun! I want to help people find the fun in their workouts too.
When I’m not in the gym I’m climbing, playing steel drums or swimming (preferably outside).
