I know what it’s like to be stuck in a rut: overweight, suboptimal energy and mood…but it’s never too late to make positive change or to reach your fitness and physique goals. Believe me, I have been here and now I want to help you make those desired changes for yourself.
I will help you adopt a none restrictive die; and alongside some resistance training and the help to build new healthy habits that are only going to benefit you in your journey like they did mine.
I love food. I don’t restrict and I am free from the habit of binging and anything that doesn’t align with my goals.
