My aim is to help motivate people to become the best version of themselves. The idea is to not only look great but to feel great too.
My fitness career started with me playing football. I grew up loving the sport and still do! I was fortunate enough to have played for Crystal Palace for 5 years in my youth and I continue to pursue my footballing career. Along the way I have developed a love for the fitness side of things and that has enabled me to work with a variety of different people including athletes, vulnerable people and young children.
My training style is dynamic. I like to try and have fun whilst training and most importantly, ensure the comfort and safety of my clients. I specialize in sports specific and performance-based training, helping athletes maximise their full potential whilst competing. However, if simply getting in shape, gaining muscle or losing weight are things you aspire to do, then get in contact and I will be more than happy to help.
