I started my journey into fitness through the pro-wrestling business at the age of 14. Having no experience in it or background was tough, so I know what it’s like to start from scratch.
Professional wrestling taught me to push myself and strive to be the hardest worker in the room. Even more so I learned that success doesn’t just knock on your door, you actually have to go after it and grab it on both ends.
It would be an honor for me to help change, improve and guide you into achieving your goals. My training style is versatile, catering to those at entry level to those more advanced and through patience, discipline and hard work you will achieve your long term targets.
My aim as a trainer will be to make sessions enjoyable, interesting, and challenging, all the while giving nutritional advice and guidance throughout your journey.
