Although I have a passion for health, fitness, and exercise now, this has not always been the case...I played a lot of sport in school, and when this ended I found I had no motivation to exercise, quickly got out of shape, unhealthy, and unhappy.
I had tried the gym here and there, but having no knowledge, understanding, or focus, this never lasted for long. Eventually I began to work with a Personal Trainer...game changer!
They provided me with sound, proven training and nutritional advice. This partnered with the constant encouragement and around the clock availability for questions or re-assurances proved invaluable to me, giving me the information, focus, and drive I needed. I went on to lose four stone, my fitness improved, and most importantly my health improved (both mental and physical).
Having experienced the lows of being unfit and unhealthy, and the highs of reaching my peak physical fitness and happiness, I have a wealth of experience which allows to me to connect with a range of clients. My aim is to welcome my clients into the gym environment, make them feel at home, then provide them with the training, nutritional, and motivational tools to achieve their goals. Whilst helping them to do this in a manner which suits their individual needs and circumstances.
