While growing up I was always involved with sports, I used to compete in swimming and canoeing.
Then I started getting into fitness and working out, the results I saw gave me the motivation to turn fitness into a lifelong passion.
Now I am developing my body and lifestyle to become a champion in physique, this requires a lot of self-discipline and consistency in training and nutrition.
All this experience is helping me when it comes to training others and achieving their fitness goals.
I believe there is no better feeling in life than inspiring people to engage in a healthier lifestyle.
