Thanks for checking out my profile. I am an experienced endurance athlete with a Sports degree in Exercise Psychology and have been involved in the sport and exercise community for over 30 years.
I have competed in numerous running and cycling adventures, a two year cycle adventure around the world, many city marathons including London and New York and three-day multi-sport adventure racing. I recently cycled 270 miles in 26 hours through rugged Dartmoor and the West Country. However, the greatest challenges have been the 100+ mile ultra marathons such as the 120 mile Devon Coast to Coast and the world’s toughest endurance race, the Mont Blanc Ultra Trail 100 in France. With a 9600m elevation gain it took just over 40 hours to complete with no sleep and little food in 35 degrees heat. I truly discovered the “pleasure” of exhaustion. As you can see I love to challenge my mind and body with a long distance adventure.
And now I am here to challenge you, motivate you and see you get the change you want. Whether your goal is to burn body fat, build muscle or compete in an event, I promise to make it fun, rewarding and achievable.
