Furkan Taskin

I am experienced and competent in nutrition and fitness, on applying knowledge of how the human body responds to exercise, rehabilitation processes and clinical exercise physiology through my studies, work and personal experience.

I am educated to degree level (St Mary’s University, Health and Exercise Science, 2016). I have experience in several professional health and fitness roles, for example in UCL Hospital I worked with senior physiotherapists closely; I trained police officers. I worked with a diverse range of patients, from different backgrounds, with a variety of physical conditions in different environments.

I am a supportive, dedicated, empathetic person. I have been training and coaching people one to one and online for five years. I always make sure each programme I prepare is personalised and holistic.

I have five years’ experience within the strength and conditioning training. I am European Deadlift record holder at World powerlifting alliance (May 2017) and gained championship award at callisthenic tournament in London (2013) as a consequence of very dedicated gymnastics, calisthenics, powerlifting and fitness training.
