I believe in the power of feeling good. I understand what it feels like to be out of a gym routine, to feel lethargic and/or insecure; I want to reignite your energy and help you feel strong and empowered.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2019 and have gained experience at Virgin Active, both teaching classes and working with individual clients. As well as being an advocate of positive encouragement, I am passionate about improving your strength, confidence and fitness levels through unique training methods. Including cardio, weights, core and conditioning.
For me, working out is both a lifestyle and a celebration of what our bodies can do – and I strive to help everybody achieve their desired outcome and feel invincible as a result
