Hi, my name is George and I am a Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer.

I started playing team sports such as football, volleyball and handball at a young age and discovered resistance and weight training in high-school. Ever since I have been on a mission to achieve flawless technique and develop ways to burn fat more efficiently and to improve strength.

Nutrition plays a key role in any sport that's why it's at the core of my every programme, regardless of the goal the client wishes to achieve.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for more than a decade, I have gained unparalleled skills when it comes to motivating people, which I apply to all my sessions.

Therefore, no matter what the dream is (to lose weight or run a marathon) you can be certain that I will be there for you every step of the way, providing guidance, help and support for you to get to your personal best in fitness and optimum health.
