I am an award winning fitness industry professional, qualified for over 16 years as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. I work with beginners to advanced athletes week in week out achieving complete body transformations, body fat reduction, gaining lean natural muscle to improving the lifestyle factors that lead people to bad health and fitness habits.

I am an ex Royal Marine Commando. I have trained international special forces teams across the globe in fitness and mental ability. I hold Internationally recognised Leadership and Management qualifications through City & Guilds London. I have coached and led 100’s of personal trainers and gym managers over the years. I work with business leaders week in week out on workplace performance, lifestyle, work life balance, leadership and of course health and fitness.
