Haithem Otman

I started weightlifting and bodybuilding when I was 15 years old and this developed a lifelong interest in training and fitness. I started my career as a full-time aerobics instructor before I went on to represent my college in American football and amateur freestyle wrestling and play for the Chester Romans for two years.

Following a three year battle with depression and weight gain, I lost three stone in six months and gained my Level 3 Personal Training Qualification. My own experience led me to specialise in 3-6 month body transformations and supporting clients to completely change their lifestyle, in order to feel and look better and improve their confidence.

I structure my Personal Training principles on motivation and encouragement, based on my extensive studies of the bio mechanics of the human body. This means I am able to show people how to train properly without injuring themselves and correct bad form which can lead to muscle and joint pain.
