My passion for health & fitness comes from my background as a professional rugby player; after spending several years at Leeds Rhinos and Hunslet Hawks I have been lucky enough to learn and grow my knowledge from globally recognised trainers, nutritionists and Physiotherapists.
The biggest thing I’ve learnt is that training doesn’t have to be 40 minutes on the treadmill or cross trainer (unless you like that!), nor does it have to mean you spend all day every day in the gym. My aim is to teach you how to enjoy your sessions whilst still reaching your end goal.
I specialise in weight loss, performance and getting people moving well, it’s always a top-down approach to get the best results. Health & fitness shouldn’t be a chore, and I definitely won’t ask you to lock away that biscuit tin! Let’s sit down together and discuss which strategies are going to work best for you.
