Haydn Williams
My name is Haydn. I am committed to helping you experience and enjoy the many physical and mental health benefits available to you through doing regular exercise and eating healthily.
The ageing process presents us with a host of potential health related problems including muscle loss, weaker bones, poor posture, weight issues, reduced function / mobility, hormonal imbalances, increased risk of injury…the list goes on. The good news is being physically active, combined with sensible nutrition, can help prevent, reduce and reverse many of these problems and it can also be beneficial in helping manage long-term (chronic) conditions and symptoms. This is significant because the UK has an ageing population, and the prevalence of those living with one (or more) long-term condition is increasing.
I have had a long-term condition (hypothyroidism) for many years and I understand, and empathise with, how frustrating and challenging it can be at times to have a body that isn’t functioning optimally. As your coach I will work with you to ensure you are using exercise in a way that is appropriate, safe and effective for you, so that you are able to attain the results you want to see.
If you would like to speak with me regarding how I can help you then please contact me (or ask me when you see me at the gym).
