I recently became a Personal Trainer after previously working in physiotherapy as I wanted to provide clients with the tools they need to live a healthy active lifestyle, pain and injury free.
I have worked with a range of age groups, helping people to reduce chronic pain and providing rehabilitation after injury or post surgery. I took a special interest in sporting injuries and am well equipped to help bulletproof your joints!
Along with this knowledge in injury prevention, I worked with athletes on sport specific training for performance benefits – I personally am involved in Hockey, Kickboxing, BJJ and MMA.
