From a young age, I have been struggling with my weight, you see, it was always difficult for me to gain muscle, so I was always feeling like I was skinny, that I was not strong and I was low on confidence. But I soon realized that had to change my situation, so I started training and learning from people with knowledge in the fitness industry, that helped me learn more about muscle development, strength training, weight loss and muscle tone.
Gaining this knowledge has helped me realise that fitness is more than just physical appearance, but also improves your overall health as well as your mental wellbeing.
