One of the most important lessons I have learned after four years in the fitness industry is that every individual is different whether it be their training programmes or their nutritional needs. As someone who once had terrible eating habits as well as doing little to no exercise growing up, I know the challenges you may face.
I like to spend time with my clients learning their likes and dislikes and working out what the best formula is depending on their goals, whether it be to simply drop body fat or training for a specific event. Training shouldn’t feel like a chore. Training should be challenging but also fun and enjoyable as this leads to greater long term changes and I can help you every step of the way.
