I started working out in the lowest point in my life, mentally. Exercising and being in the gym have been my safe space for the last 5 years and I know so many people out there need one. My aim now as a PT is to help you develop an understanding of how an active lifestyle can help you become the best version of yourself in all aspects of your life, not just looks. I know how daunting it can be for the first time in the gym, not knowing where to start or even what you want to achieve in there, but with the right training you will begin to understand why people turn it into a lifestyle.
