Hello, my name is Holly Henderson and I’m a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer.
When I was younger I was always involved in various different sports such as athletics, cross-country and netball. However I found my love for the gym and just knew how much I wanted to help people achieve their goals or even inspire them to love the gym.

Over the last few years I have focused on functional training and HIIT like workouts that are constantly changing and will always be different to keep you engaged and interested in training.
These sessions will vary from EMOM’S (every minute on the minute), AMRAP’S (as many rounds/reps as possible) and workouts for time, including a variety of cardio equipment and free weights to really challenge and push you to get that overall fitness goal.
