I’m Argentinian British. I grew up in Thailand. I went to Loughborough University.
I love trail running, calisthenics, meditating, travelling and raving.
My goal is to help you work efficiently towards your goals in a healthy and sustainable way whilst creating a non-judgemental & stress-free environment.
With my knowledge and your preferences, we will work together to form a training program and set lifestyle and nutritional targets.
To lose weight, you do not need to eat nothing and run all the time.
To gain muscle, you do not need to gym everyday twice a day for 4 hours.
