I’ve been a PT for 8 years working with clients of all ages with different goals from weight loss & toning, to increasing muscle mass & strength development to ultra-marathon runners. Building your confidence and self-esteem are my priority, I will give you the tools you need to train confidently and succeed with your goals. I am flexible in the training I offer and will tailor the style, frequency, and approach of our sessions to you. As well as in person training, I can offer comprehensive fitness and nutrition plans. If you see me on the gym floor at any time, please do not hesitate to approach me with any questions you may have. My priority is you and ensuring that you have a great time at the gym, feel confident in what you are doing and achieve your goals.
