Hey there, I’m Jacob, Fitness may not always come naturally to everyone; it may be hard and confusing for some, and that’s ok! I’ve been training for 8 years, and I’ve learned a lot. I will help you achieve the best version of yourself, whether it’s a goal or a look. Consistency is key! My programme will fit into your work/life balance, understandably not everyone can make it to the gym on a regular basis.
