Encouraging you alone your journey, making sure that you’re constantly on track and providing you with all the support and useful knowledge I can give, so that you can use it independently, far beyond our training sessions.
My aim is to educate people on the importance of exercise, healthy eating and setting a positive mindset to aid in a lifelong change. I pride myself in making training enjoyable – no strict plans, starvation and throwing chocolate out of the window. We can make your training enjoyable by training SMART.
