I'm a Personal Trainer here at PureGym Romford. I am currently at University studying Sports Therapy, whilst also improving people's lifestyle and performance here at the gym. Training at the gym is a brilliant way to improve both your physical and mental health. My aim is to use my expertise and knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals; whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, improved strength or overall improved lifestyle.
