James Ayers

My fitness started at a young age when I was living with an eating disorder and training in my bedroom, I later had a reality check and knew I needed to make healthier changes. I embarked on this journey by playing club rugby, learning about nutrition and using a gym.

This is when I fell in love with the gym and the positive results which came from eating and training correctly. My experience has allowed me to take what I’ve learnt and enable me to help and inspire others to achieve their goals in a safe, healthy and fun way.

Six years ago, I qualified as a Personal Trainer working in a community-based gym in Loddon. I then transitioned to Leeds to do my degree where I advanced and developed my knowledge to further help clients achieve their goals. Whilst doing my degree I continued playing rugby running strength and conditioning sessions with the team which helped me build on my previous knowledge. I continued Personal Training whilst at university with clients with a wide array of specialised needs.
