Using my knowledge and experience that I have gained Personal Training over the years, I believe fitness should be intense but at the same time fun, enjoyable and sociable.

As a sports therapist, I aim to offer the highest standard of treatment I can.

Being a keen sportsman myself I know the importance of staying pain-free to compete in your event on a regular basis.

Unfortunately for myself I suffered a serious knee injury which left me unable to play sports so spent plenty of time on the treatment table. At this point I took the positives from it and instead of dwelling on my injury I decided I should use all the knowledge I had learnt about my own injuries and to start helping others.

I started off with my Personal Training qualifications which led me to do my sports massage.

I aim to help people become pain-free and more mobile not just for sport but for everyday life.
