I’m James and I’m a Personal Trainer and music artist, and I’m half Scottish half Lebanese. At the gym, I’m all about making progress. One extra rep on the bench, one more minute on the treadmill – just train harder than last time. Before you know it, we’ll have met your goals.

 

What you should know about me: I always put mental health first – when your mind is right, your workouts become much easier.

 

My training style: yours! I’m flexible. If you’re a beginner and need some guidance, I can lead the way. If you’re more experienced and are looking for some pro tips, look no further.
