My name is Jared and I’ve been a personal trainer since 2015.
To date, I have trained predominately women, so it’s helped me over the years to understand balancing the stresses of work and home life. Juggling children, every day stresses whilst still trying to achieve your goal. Whether it be fat loss, strength training, wanting to feel comfortable for a specific event or occasion, or whether it’s a lifestyle change you want to create for yourself.
I don’t believe in fad diets, I believe in education, which leads to a sustainable way to see long term results. From my experience, fad diets usually lead to short term progress only, leading you back to where you started – but only more disheartened. My mission is to empower you with knowledge of how to create a lifestyle you want for yourself. This way, coupled with the training at the gym, and learning how to maintain a sustainable diet through small changes, will result in long term success.
