My name’s Jared and I’ve been a lifestyle coach at PureGym for the last four years.
I specialise in training women, making them feel comfortable with trying new things and building up their confidence, whilst achieving that bikini body or whether it’s just to improve their body confidence and fitness. We achieve this by using different exercises to help tone certain areas but also by ensuring we don’t cut any food out. If you want cake and the ability to lose weight, just know it is possible.
I understand how frustrating it can be to put all your effort into something and see no return, to try new diets, only to see results but to then put the weight back on or to feel like you have no time! Just know, I have the solutions to your problems and we can get there together. My average client is with me for five months and in that time they will see a weight loss drop of 1.5kg and waist measurement drop of 3-5cm (1 dress size) per month on average.
My working hours are:
Monday: morning 6:00am-8:30am | evening 4.30pm-9.00pm
Tuesday: morning 6.00-8.30am | evening 4.30-5.00pm
Wednesday: morning 6.00-8.30am | evening 4.30-5pm
Saturday: mid morning/afternoon 11.00am-1.00pm
Sunday: morning-afternoon 6.00am-1.00pm
