I started my own fitness journey back in 2016. I had very little confidence in a gym environment and had no idea how to exercise properly. I decided to take action and seek some help.
I managed to lose weight, increase my fitness level, gain invaluable knowledge and started to feel more confident and happy in my own skin. I also enjoy a fitness challenge and have completed several Tough Mudder events and plan on doing more! Exercise has been an integral part of my life for years and I feel passionately about sharing my knowledge and experience to help others starting out in their fitness journeys.
I believe that fitness is more than what it says on the scale. Together we can create a sustainable programme with your goals in mind that will get results, make you feel confident in the gym and truly feel the benefits of exercise.
