Welcome to PureGym Newtownabbey, my name is Jay.

From a young age, fitness has been my passion and has played a huge part in my life. I am a strong advocate in the development and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle and I would like to help you achieve this.  My particular interests lie within weight loss and muscle development.

With my experience working alongside my clients I have achieved phenomenal success using these two key components:

  1. Frequency of training;
  2. Healthy and sustainable way of eating.

My main driver for becoming a Personal Trainer was to empower my clients to achieve the goals they have set for themselves.  Along with this I believe that exercising not only improves your body but also your mood because it releases good endorphins, therefore, making people feel better and more confident about themselves.
