In life change is inevitable, therefore, I believe versatility is key. An octopus can change its size, shape, colour and texture to adapt to any environment. I believe we should be similar in our approach to life and our bodies’ ability and movement. This is the foundation of my training style.

As a perpetual student of fitness, martial arts and combat sports which has made not only my body stronger, but also cultivated my mind, I want to use what I have learned and continue to learn to help people live healthier, happier, cooler lives.
