Hi, I’m Jess,
I am one of the trainers here at Leeds South and I have been coaching for just short of 10 years now.
A little bit about me...
As mentioned above I have been in the industry a while now and this is simply because I love my job! Like most trainers I had a pretty solid background in sports growing up, swimming, horse riding, skiing and snowboarding which I have also coached, just to name a few.
Although I have always been into sport and fitness I personally have had to overcome many obstacles. I like many, suffered with body confidence issues, injuries, and a lack of self worth throughout my life. I worked hard to overcome these and still do to this day. I have to remind myself how far I have come. This however spurred me on and is a massive reason I decided I wanted to start helping others.
I am looking to work with women that suffer with a lack of time, motivation, knowledge, confidence or stress but are ready to change their lifestyle and make a difference. My job is to ultimately make you look and feel the best you have ever felt and whilst doing this educate you on how to maintain this.
