Hi I'm Jess I've played sports since before I could remember and when it came time to stop, I felt a bit lost. That's when I put more time and effort into my workouts and going to gym, and I gradually started to feel more confident. This is what I want to help other women achieve too.

I understand that adapting new fitness levels is difficult and oftentimes fails. Trust me I've been there. But my goal is to change your view on fitness so that it becomes an enjoyable part of your lifestyle and I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
