Exercise and fitness has always been my passion and I’ve spent most of my working life teaching biology and physical education to young people.
Living an active and healthy lifestyle has enriched my life immeasurably and as a personal trainer, I am keen to share my own positive experiences and help others gain the same enjoyment from improving their fitness.
I have had to cope with some of the challenges we all face with keeping fit as we get older. Through a combination of exercise and a healthy diet I have managed to remain fitter and more active than I had ever imagined was possible. I look forward to meeting you, sharing some of the tips I have learned, and helping make your road to improved fitness enjoyable and worthwhile.
