I've been a Personal Trainer for almost 10 years. Health and fitness is a real passion in my life and I always endeavour to practice what I preach.
I specialise in muscular hypertrophy (building muscle) and also fat loss. Whatever your goal may be, I'll be happy to help.
I endeavour to look at each client's lifestyle as a whole, giving nutritional and other training advice. I believe that our training sessions should be as enjoyable as possible and ensure that you're improving your exercise knowledge as we progress.
In the past I've run marathons and played semi-professional football, so sport is and always has been a big part of my life.
