Fitness has always been a passion of mine, I have been practicing and studying weight training for 7 years and it influenced me achieve a BSc honours degree in Sport & Exercise Science, at the University of Hertfordshire, with aspirations to further my knowledge by doing a masters in strength and conditioning.
