Exercise and sport has always been very important to me as its where I feel I'm most comfortable and can truly express myself to others.
With this I became a personal trainer to help others achieve their goals and really push themselves, allowing for more confidence either inside or outside of the gym.
Having taken part in many sports growing up I learnt that being part of a good team helps you to be the best you can. Whether that would be through getting help on improving your skills or just giving you added confidence and support a good team is always great to have.
