Hi, I’m Julie!
I’m a personal trainer and fitness coach here at PureGym York. My goal is to help you improve your overall health and fitness, so that you can lead an active and healthy lifestyle you can be
proud of.
In my past I’ve been extremely overweight, I’ve suffered with an unhealthy relationship with food, and alcohol addiction too! If there’s a struggle to be had, you can bet I’ve been there! I’ve worked in the fitness industry for nearly 5 years and over that time I’ve worked with countless people to help them take control of their lives and achieve their goals. I’ve also learned that there is ‘no one size fits all’ approach to achieving what you want. Your goals, experience, personal preferences on how you like to do things, plus a multitude of other things, will all influence the steps you take to achieve a fitter, healthier lifestyle.
