My fitness journey began in 2009, when i received the greatest gift ever!! my gym membership ha ha!

since then i fell in love with fitness.

my ultimate fulfillment is seeing a huge smile on my clients face once we achieve our target.

i have been a qualified personal trainer for 

10 years. I can get you into the shape of your life within a short space of time.
