Training with me is never boring. I have a wealth of knowledge in prescribing and instructing exercise to maximise your progress.
I used to be a dance coach (break-dance) and acrobatic gymnastics coach I am an expert in developing your body while having fun.
I believe in enjoying training and making learning new skills fun so instead of boring cardio and strength training I can offer you something else – kick boxing will not only improve your physical performance and shape of your body but it could also come in handy in real life. Personally I just love it! You will not only burn twice as much calories as doing circuit training, but you will also improve your balance and flexibility and learn some self-defense.
It is just one of many options I can offer you!
I am not a Personal Trainer that just waits for the session to be over, wanting your money. You will never see me using my mobile during our training session either. You and your fitness goal is what matters to me. We are a team and we play together.
I am a passionate Personal Trainer, who will prove that there are no limits to what you can accomplish. I also once started from scratch. I don’t do this because I have to, I simply love working with people to make a difference to their lives.
I could also say that training with me will guarantee you to improve your physical appearance. I have seven years' experience in Personal Training and sport was in my life forever… I could say that… but let’s talk first.
