Hello, my name is Katie.
After having my daughter, I obtained Personal Trainers which helped me lose weight and feel body confident. This inspired me to want to become a Personal Trainer, and help others feel body confident too.
I am passionate about sharing my love of exercise with others and help others to feel good about themselves.
I believe movement is medicine, and the way to a stronger mind is through a stronger body.
I have overcome challenging situations in my personal life by focusing on exercise and the psychological benefits of this have empowered me to make positive life choices.
As well as focusing on the physical benefits of exercise, I place emphasis on the mental benefits and how it can really improve our overall mood and wellbeing.
With this view in mind, my role is to support you in making healthier life choices. I am here to meet your individual training needs in a warm and friendly manner, and I hope that you enjoy your fitness journey along the way.
