Hi, I’m Kieran - how are you? I’m here to help.

Following the completion of both my undergraduate degree in BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science and my master's degree in MSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Psychology, I have gained and developed valuable knowledge in regards to fitness, health, exercise, and physical/mental wellbeing.

Having previously worked as a Personal Trainer at a David Lloyd gym, I have ultimately helped change people's lives. Previous clients and goals I have worked with (and furthermore, helped reach) include fat-loss, muscle gain, overall body transformations, and lifestyle changes - focused on making your lives significantly better.

I use science to underpin everything I teach and train. This not only consistently gets results, but also satisfies clients knowing that they’re not just getting trained by the best, but also educated on how to change their lives - and maintain it.
