Playing every sport available to me since school, I was very much a ‘cardio girl’. However, during Covid and shortly after the birth of my second child, I decided that I wanted to look and feel stronger. Working out at home, using bodyweight resistance exercises, I dropped 2 sizes and I developed muscle definition, which I enhanced using free weights, resistance machines and cable work, once the gyms re-opened.
Starting at 35kg, I can now hip thrust 130kg, striving to go higher. Press-ups were non existent, but now I can do in excess of 30!
I love what I see in the mirror and can help you achieve the same and enjoy the confidence that comes with it!
