When I first started out in the gym I felt lost, however my experience over the years and exposure to different methods of training have made me a more complete trainer. From bodybuilding to powerlifting and now to CrossFit, I understand the different goals and targets for everyone.
Also, I can assist with injury assessment and management as I have completed my degree in Sports Therapy. So, if there are any areas of pain and discomfort, I can help in the best way possible.
