Having been a competitive athlete most of my life, I'm disciplined with training, eating, and sleeping right, and aim to imprint my passion for health/fitness on anyone I work with.
I specialise in performance, so anything from strength and conditioning, to mobility and coordination, with experience on injury prevention and rehab also.
Ive been training in all different sports from early age, I started in the gym aged 13 and officially been a PT over 5 years, it’s this vast array of experiences that have given me a very broad range of training techniques, that I can utilize over a vast range of clientele.
