Having personally experienced the life-changing effects of fitness, it’s my passion to help others achieve the same positive outcomes.

I had an intensive city job for nine years so I know how tough it is to maintain a healthy lifestyle amongst a busy work and social life. I didn’t strike the right balance and a period of ill health was the wake-up call I needed to make a change.

I found a Personal Trainer who taught me the powerful benefits of fitness – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. The results were so effective that I was inspired to become a PT so I could help others in the same way.
